It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!ResponsibilitiesMonitor and prioritize equipment repairs to verify progress and to determine if escalation is requiredCommunicate to the shift technicians, manufacturing , and EEs tool repair status and priority changesEnsure all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and auditing for complianceSupervises the activities of direct reports with responsibility for resultsResponsible for auditing and maintaining timekeeping, documenting attendance issues, and taking action as required Writing performance reviewsResponsible for all work being performed safely and completing Global Incident ReportsResponsible that all hazardous and standard materials handling is performed in compliance with EHS and OSHA requirementsResponsible for MES, AMMS, QB, SPC data entries, Materials sign out, etc.Managing Equipment Maintenance and Lumentum training and certification programManage Calibration, ESD, and 5S programsSupport ERT and MERT safety programsMonitoring and reporting Department Safety complianceRequirements:Education – Bachelor degree, Military, or industry equivalent professional experienceMust be able to act and make critical decisions independently.Must be hands-on leader that can actively assist with repairs and trouble shooting.Possess the technical skills required to provide leadership and direction to a maintenance staff.Ability to work on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to project a positive, professional and customer-responsive image.Requires an excellent understanding of Wafer Fab equipment and processes.Ability to evaluate workload and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines.Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work with little or no directionExcellent verbal and written skills - requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings and presentations.Strong mechanical / electrical aptitude and understanding of wafer fab equipmentSupplied Air Respirator certificationRequires proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.Pay Range:P40-USA-1 :$87,550.00 - $125,050.00Disclaimer:Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
