Senior Multifamily Credit Underwriter & Analyst

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking a multifamily credit underwriting professional to review lender loan packages and support underwriting before acquisition. You will assess loan strengths, risks, and mitigants to parameterize loan sizing and help size debt financing within risk tolerances. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, evaluate market and sponsor and property performance, and document lending decisions while applying DUS/GSE guidelines and advanced Excel modeling. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
