Job Description

Where You Start....It Matters!

There may be some similar roles/opportunities that offer a program similar to this one. I would strongly suggest you get placed as a Protege in a very successful - top agency in the Ohio for this Paid Training Program - not a cohort . Talk to us about the difference!

Most people trade time for money their entire career.

What if six-nine months from now, you weren't reading job descriptions like this one....

...but instead were running your own business?

Consider becoming a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner!

We are opening new locations throughout Northeast Ohio and selecting a small group of individuals for a Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program .

Who This Is For

• People who want ownership, not just a job
• Strong communicators
• Highly competitive individuals
• People who want recurring revenue, not just commission income

Who This Is NOT For

• Someone looking for a short term job
• Someone uncomfortable with performance based income

• Someone who needs constant supervision

Why a Farmers Insurance Agency Is One of the Best Businesses in America!

If youre going to spend time building something, it should be something that you feel excited about.

Heres why a Farmers Insurance agency is one of the best businesses you can build:

1) No slow days

We dont rely on walk-ins or foot traffic.

2) Location doesnt matter

Business is done over the phone and you can sell across the entire state of Ohio.

3) No inventory

No physical products to store or run out of.

4) No political disruption

This business does not swing based on elections or policy changes.

5) Resilient in tough times

Bad weather or economic shifts do not stop operations.

6) Predictable, professional schedule

We work 8-5 (Monday through Friday) indoors, in an air-conditioned office.

7) Required product, no need to create demand

Auto insurance is required to drive. Anyone with a mortgage needs home insurance.

8) You feel good about what you sell

People understand the value in Home & Auto insurance.

9) Recurring revenue that compounds

We dont just get paid one time per sale. We get paid every time a client renews their policy.

Over time, renewal income grows and can exceed new business income!
