Medical Customer Service (Cashier Clerk)

Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established healthcare network in search of a customer-centric individual for a contract-to-hire and part-time Cashier Clerk role based in the Downtown Indianapolis area! Responsibilities

Collect payments from patients using cash or debit.
Answer questions from patients regarding medical bills.
Ensure excellent customer service with each patient interaction.
Handle money securely and accurately.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience required.
Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required .

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mon, Wed, Fri (12 hrs/wk)

Note: Training will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F for the first two weeks (40 hrs/wk)

Job Type: Contract-to-hire & Part-time after training

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
