Sr. Accountant - Source To Settle

Responsibilities
- Oversee invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment operations for accuracy and timeliness
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across global source-to-settle functions
- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve invoice exceptions and payment barriers
- Maintain SOX controls, compliance with policies, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Monitor aging payables and trade payables open items to meet operational targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable, source-to-settle, or similar finance operations
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience with process improvement, standardization, and operational analytics
- Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and coaching skills for team and offshore resource guidance
