Cyber & Infrastructure Technology Analyst

Pfizer seeks a Cyber & Infrastructure Technology Analyst to support secure and compliant operation of Digital and Automation infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. The role executes cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure activities while collaborating with global teams on incident response and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute cybersecurity and network activities aligned with established standards and regulatory requirements
• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations including monitoring, incident handling, and issue resolution for assigned systems
• Maintain asset and configuration inventory records for Digital and Automation systems; ensure timely updates
• Support change management activities, impact assessments, and lifecycle management tasks such as patching and upgrades
• Participate in incident response, business continuity testing, and vulnerability remediation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's with 4 years experience, or High School diploma with 6 years experience
• Experience in Digital and Automation infrastructure, OT/IT environments, or network operations in regulated manufacturing
• Practical experience supporting cybersecurity controls and networked systems in validated compliance environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with formal change management, deviation, and incident response processes
• Exposure to plant network environments and manufacturing automation systems
