We're looking for a motivated Commercial Fence Estimator / Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and closing profitable projects. If you have estimating experience in commercial construction or you're an experienced construction sales professional ready for your next opportunity, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet with contractors, municipalities, schools, property managers, developers, and business owners.
• Visit job sites to gather measurements and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
• Follow projects from bid through contract award.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial estimating, construction sales, or project management preferred.
• Fence industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications is preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout our service area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
