Overview The Healthcare Recruiter has an important role in guaranteeing talent acquisition and scheduling interviews. They are responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring of candidates. The ideal candidate has experience working with back office staff and field staff (clinicians). Responsibilities Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Perform reference checks as needed Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms Manage & participate with onboarding and new hire process including orientation Communicate with HR to schedule interviews Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Autoliv
