About Chopin Law Firm:
\nChopin Law Firm is an award-winning, high-volume personal injury firm located in Louisiana. Our legal team has decades of experience defending personal injury cases, which allows us to effectively advocate for our clients' rights and tailor legal solutions to meet their individual needs and circumstances. In addition to personal injury, our clients also turn to us for assistance with their workers’ compensation claims, property damage, and insurance litigation.
\n \nGeneral Overview:
\nWe are looking for a highly organized Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our exceptional team. With 12 attorneys in our office, we are passionate and enjoy what we do. Our office environment is different from other law firms; we are not formal or stuffy, but we do work hard for our clients.
\nThe ideal Workers’ Compensation Attorney should be comfortable managing a sizable caseload involving complex workers' compensation matters and handling cases from beginning to completion. This person will negotiate settlements, manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
\n \nSkills and/or Experience:
\nRequired:
\n· J.D. from an accredited law school
\n· 2+ Years' Experience with Workers' Comp.
\n· Member of the LA Bar and in good standing
\n \nSchedule & Compensation:
