Youth Workforce Outreach & Retention Specialist
The New Jewish Home Career Center
The New Jewish Home Career Center is looking for an Outreach and Retention Specialist to oversee recruitment and retention efforts for youth and young adult programs across multiple sites in New York City. This full-time position requires flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Key responsibilities include managing participant enrollment, offering one-on-one job search support, and facilitating job readiness training.
