Youth Case Manager: Trauma‑Informed Support & Growth

A dedicated youth services organization in Redford Charter Township, MI is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate case management for youth in their Supervised Independent Living program. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work and experience with adjudicated youths. Responsibilities include developing programs, building relationships with youth, and conducting assessments.
