Responsibilities Every member of our organization contributes meaningfully to our collective success. As we continue our aggressive expansion, we're seeking a driven, self‑directed professional to join us as a Territory Sales Manager. Primary Responsibilities Revenue Development & Market Expansion Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives Prospect for and develop new business opportunities Design and implement territory‑specific market development strategies Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts Client Partnership & Satisfaction Cultivate long‑term customer loyalty and retention Monitor and elevate service delivery standards Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors People Management & Development Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives Drive team performance toward established objectives Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery Strategic Planning & Account Management Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis Develop and execute targeted business action plans Oversee relationships with high‑value strategic accounts Compliance & Workplace Standards Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures Support loss prevention initiatives Promote and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Required Experience Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data Essential Skills Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory (typically 50% or more) Benefits Some of the benefits of being a part of our growing Parts Authority family: Medical Coverage Pharmacy Coverage Dental Coverage Vision Coverage Basic Life and AD&D Short Term Disability Coverage Voluntary Short Term Disability Coverage Voluntary Long Term Disability Coverage Flexible Spending Account Commuter Expense Reimbursement Account Health Savings Account Health Reimbursement Account Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance ID Theft Insurance Legal Plan Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan Employee Discounts on Merchandise EEO We are anEqualOpportunityEmployer.
