Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Clovis, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a L&D:

• Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week schedule
• Maintain current license and certificate verification
• Complete required education verification prior to onboarding
• Comply with all personal health history requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations
• Provide a completed health statement as required for onboarding
• Submit 2 professional references prior to placement
• Complete a skills checklist prior to placement
• Undergo criminal background check, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, and National Sex Offender screening
• Complete drug screening as required for onboarding
• Provide a valid Driver's License or State ID
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and sign acknowledgment of receipt
• Sign and comply with the Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Complete and submit confirmation of assignment and job description documentation
• Provide badge photo for identification purposes
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures as outlined in the policy packet
