PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager Oversee multiple projects across diverse local markets, ensuring all phases of construction are completed on schedule and within budget. Plan and coordinate design, estimating, and subcontract buy‑out processes. Act as the primary client contact, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Lead project and client management activities from concept design to final punch‑list and close‑out. Superintendent Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management of all on‑site operations. Plan and coordinate specialty contractors to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines. Maintain onsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements. Review and approve project drawings, materials, and essential paperwork. Communicate transparently with owners and the project team. Delegate tasks, lead job meetings, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager. Carpenter Transform building plans into tangible structures through skilled craftsmanship. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications. Install structural elements, fixtures, and frameworks. Use rigging hardware and cranes to erect and secure frameworks.
