Additionally, the Senior Staff System Engineer will be responsible for developing systems engineering baselines for innovative solutions and capabilities. The Senior Staff System Engineer will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams to develop engineering artifacts such as CONOPS, design specifications, and interface control documents in support of milestone design reviews. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with the systems engineering process for early phases of the engineering lifecycle (pre-SRR through CDR). Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; or 10+ years relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with the systems engineering process for early phases of the engineering lifecycle (pre-SRR through CDR)Demonstrated experience with performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for prototypes and total systemsDemonstrated ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines to identify technical product characteristics to develop requirements specificationsExperience and knowledge of Agile/ SAFe methodologiesMust be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
