ProPivotal, a well-established Boston CRE firm, seeks a Property Accountant or Accounting Manager to oversee property-level financials, collaborating closely with acquisitions and leadership. This hybrid role offers exposure to dispositions and a long-standing Boston presence. Responsibilities include managing reporting, budgets, and cash flow while handling tenant recoveries and JV accounting. A BA/BS in Accounting is required, with 5+ years CRE experience preferred.
