If you're a Property Accountant or Accounting Manager in commercial real estate and want more ownership and exposure to the business , this is worth a look. You'll oversee property-level financials while working closely with acquisitions and leadership in a well-established Boston CRE firm . Highlights Pay Range of $130 - 140K base + 15% bonus Hybrid (3 days in-office; Mon/Wed required) Exposure to acquisitions & dispositions Strong, stable firm with long-standing Boston presence Responsibilities Oversee property-level accounting across a CRE portfolio Manage financial reporting, budgets, and cash flow Handle tenant recoveries, JV accounting, and reconciliations Ensure loan compliance and support financing activities Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements Partner with acquisitions/dispositions on financial analysis Requirements 5+ years of property accounting (CRE preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP, joint ventures, and fund structures Experience with tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations Ability to manage multiple properties and financials Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Nice to Have Experience with MRI or similar property accounting system #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
