Role Overview The RN Resident in the Resource Team Float Pool provides patient-focused, compassionate nursing care at a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality nursing care across various shifts and departments. Applying specialized training to support patient health and well-being. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective care. Maintaining compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation standards. Participating in professional development and certification in specialty areas is preferred. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program and recent licensure as a Registered Nurse. Current Washington RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Experience or certification in a specialty area is preferred.
