Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - General/Other Location: Saranac Lake, NY Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 3 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Adirondack - Physician Services-AP-Physician-0037 State NY Location 2233 State Route 86 Saranac Lake New York 12983 Requirements Adirondack MC, Saranac Lake, NY MAX BILL RATES: $517 hourly, $2500 daily, $550 max call back rate MUST HAVE NY STATE LICENSE MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND FOR EXPEDITED PRIVS AND CREDS ACLS CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Vascular Surgeon Locum Needed Start Date 7/3/26 End Date 7/25/26 (with potential to extend) Board Certification: BC or BC eligible within 2 years Board Certification Type: ABS in Vascular Surgery or SVS required ABVLM preferred Certifications Required: ACLS Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4pm - dependent on OR days, office days, etc. Weekend Call 7a-7a (weekend rounding may be required depending on if patients are in hospital) Call: 1 to 3 calls per week - light call required for post op coverage. Weekend Call 7a-7a (weekend rounding may be required depending on if patients are in hospital) Average number of patients, typical cases/procedures: 16 to 18 patients per day. Cases are bread and butter vascular cases, endovascular procedures, hybrid room no open AAA Procedures Required: Yes near full scope of vascular procedures no open AAA APP Support: Yes 2 APPs Physician Coverage: Solo EMR: Meditech hospital eClinical Works clinic Credentialing Timeline/Specifics: Expedited credentialing. Clean background New York state license absolutely required.
