Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet department objectives while delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient group care
• Conduct one-on-one patient appointments with default 60-minute treatment sessions, adjustable based on therapist request
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech Pathology team members in a supportive outpatient environment

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Oregon required
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Proficiency or ability to work within an EMR system (Net Health Therapy / Redoc)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience working in an outpatient therapy clinic setting
