We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant who is friendly and dedicated to ensure our guests have a delightful start to their day. Position Summary Create a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience by setting up and maintaining food stations, ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, and delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest. Key Responsibilities Serving Station Preparation: Prepare the area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed. Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor. Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly. Customer Service: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additional Responsibilities Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules, including those outlined in the employee handbook. Adapt to varying business demands, which may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
