Senior Physician Education Specialist-Midwest Mountain

AtriCure seeks a Senior Physician Education Specialist to develop and execute healthcare provider education initiatives across the Midwest and Mountain regions. This role involves building relationships with clinical leaders, designing compliant learning programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to advance cardiac care expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of provider education initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Design comprehensive education programs with learning objectives and clinical content
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external faculty
• Deliver compliant, high-quality learning experiences for surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to implement educational programs

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering healthcare provider education programs
• Proven ability to develop curriculum and educational content for clinical audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and clinical opinion leaders
• Knowledge of medical device industry education standards and compliance
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Understanding of cardiac electrophysiology or related medical specialty
