Job Details

NY licensed attorney with 4+ years of appellate experience

Billing requirement is 1650 hours, and the salary range is $150K to $170. Plus, bonus and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)

Min 4 years appellate experience.

Hybrid role (2 days remote, 3-days office)

21 days PTO, and 11 days paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Draft appellants' and respondents' briefs
• Compile the record or appendix on appeal in matters where we represent the appellant
• Appear for oral argument
• Assist with summary judgment and post-trial motions
• Provide litigation strategy and support during trials
