Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate group therapy and family counseling sessions, applying empathetic listening and interactive strategies that engage clients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate care and address all aspects of client health.

• Provide crisis intervention services and make timely referrals for clients who require additional support, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to manage their situations effectively.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to continually refine clinical skills and contribute to the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
