The Real Estate Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting property management and real estate transactions. This position involves coordinating various aspects of real estate projects, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking to help facilitate successful real estate operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate real estate transactions and documentation
- Liaise with property managers, clients, and vendors
- Maintain and organize real estate files and records
- Assist in scheduling inspections, meetings, and appointments
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support contract preparation and review processes
- Manage communication between internal teams and external parties
- Prepare reports and summaries related to real estate activities
