As a Senior Manager you will apply accounting, tax, and regulatory standards to complex financial instruments, perform valuation analysis, and lead the development of technology solutions. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the work office state. Levels 1 & 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam. JD, PhD, MBA or master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality. State‑licensed appraiser, Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of requirements for CCIM designation, CHA, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
