IT Specialist

In this role you will be an IT Specialist for a client that works in the IT networking industry. In this role you will be responsible for cybersecurity, network, fiber infrastructure, and hands-on end user support across offices. This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site. Must have reliable transportation as you will be traveling among different sites in Suffolk County. The pay on this role is $35.00 to $45.00 an hour. Job Requirements 3+ years of IT support Strong knowledge of Widows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals Experience with fiber or structured cabling environments CompTIA+ preferred Ability to support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and e-mail Experience monitoring and maintaining endpoint protection, firewalls, MFA, and e-mail security Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls Support fiber, structured cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls Troubleshoot network outages Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for installations and repairs VDI Experience- AWS Workspaces and AWS Appstream 2.0 #J-18808-Ljbffr Trades Workforce Solutions
