Position Available Full Time Custodial Account Manager - West Bloomfield School District Schedule Monday through Friday, Flexible Availability Required (Mainly 1st Shift Hours) DailyPay Service Work today, get paid tomorrow! Establish and monitor preventive maintenance procedures for assigned facility. Research and resolve problems related to facilities operational and maintenance issues. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools and supplies needed to perform maintenance and grounds functions. Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations. Select and assign staff, ensuring equal opportunity in hiring and promotion. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. Identify staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained. Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work. Make rounds to check for crew coverage and designated work area. Assign needed coverage, give special cleaning instructions and/or assignments. Review staff timecards/timekeeping on bi-weekly basis. Conduct inspections and investigate customer concerns. Additional duties as assigned or needed. Position Requirements Education: High school diploma, GED or technical school certification. Two or more years in the custodial field focused on property management. Experience stripping/waxing VCT flooring preferred. Experience working with timekeeping system preferred. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
