HELP DESK ANALYST

Job TitleProvide technical and operational support through phone and ticketing systems for issues reported by retail stores, warehouses, and in-field associates, including District Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, Special Projects teams, Trainers, and all corporate office personnel.Responsibilities include:troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.documenting and tracking incidents.coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolutionmaintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality in all interactions.Qualifications for this position include:Up to one year of related experienceDemonstrated proficiency with Windows softwareGood communication and analytical skillsAbility to work rotating shiftsHigh School diploma or GEDUnderstanding of Variety's cash register systems a plusQualificationsConsidered a thought leader on a subjectWorks well as a member of a groupShows intense and eager enjoyment and interestDevoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityInspired to perform well by the completion of tasksInspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organizationHigh School or better.Up to one year of related experience
