Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: On-site at Spring, TX
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
Monitor ticketing system for incoming scheduling requests and triage assignments among the coordination team.
Review request details for completeness and follow up with recruiters if information is missing.
Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) based on candidate and interviewer availability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling conflicts, interviewer no-shows, and candidate issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues autonomously.
Coordinate travel arrangements and serve as the main contact for travel-related issues, updating systems accordingly.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and vendors.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues during the recruitment process.
