Patient Care Tech

MERCY HOME HEALTH

Mercy Home Health seeks a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed professional in accordance with federal and state regulations and organizational policies.

The role includes basic patient care, vital signs, personal care, mobility assistance, accurate documentation, and participation in hand-offs. EPIC EHR training is preferred to document care efficiently, with Mercy Health offering comprehensive benefits.
