Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vineland, NJ. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. The Human Resources Manager will handle benefits and compensation administration in coordination with corporate HR, maintain accurate employee records, and support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. In addition, this role will partner with site leadership to promote an inclusive workplace culture, lead HR-related training initiatives, support change management, and contribute to continuous improvement in HR practices.\n
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core Human Resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.

• Proficiency in HR administration and compliance, such as benefits and compensation support, recordkeeping, and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
\n
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
\n
• Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools) and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience.
\n
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries are beneficial.
