Reporting to the Regional Vice President for Sales & Network, this role is responsible for a market's retailer performance and growth, across all aspects performance, change and growth across the client journey with the retailer, including sales, service, customer experience and retailer relations. You will be the main partner to our retailers in the market, driving strategic transformation, supporting change initiatives and driving operational excellence and delivery. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring sustainable commercial success through operational excellence, process improvement, and retailer relations.
What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners to support mutual growth
- Act as a strategic consultant to support retailers in achieving their sales, services and customer experience potential
- Implement creative and market specific strategies to drive performance in area of responsibility.
- Champion retailer engagement in strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, electrification, and customer experience enhancements
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share, collaborating with finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on commercial goals
- Coach team members on approaches to optimizing performance and leading retailers through change
- Maintain a deep understanding of critical metrics and measure and monitor the performance of those metrics to ensure commercial goals can be met.
- Work closely with internal teams including product, digital, and customer experience to provide insight from retailers and customers
- Drive business plans with retailers to improve performance and investment for JLR
- Monitor and manage retailer sales and customer service metrics and performance
- Monitor and manage change programs for compliance to franchise and training standards
- Act as the key business liaison between JLR and the retailers
- Manage and drive targets (e.g. Sales and CPP) for sales and service

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position".
