Capital Vacations is hiring the final In-House Sales Representatives of the year for our Silver Lake Resort sales team in the Orlando market. Silver Lake is one of the most sought-after In-House sales locations within Capital Vacations, built around experienced vacation ownership professionals, strong existing-owner flow, exceptional leadership, and significant earning potential.
We're looking for proven timeshare and vacation ownership sales professionals with an active Florida Real Estate License who are ready to compete at a high level and join an elite In-House sales environment.

These opportunities give qualified team members the ability to expand their experience, travel, and participate in unique owner sales events throughout the Capital Vacations network.
Position Overview
As an In-House Timeshare Sales Representative, you'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present personalized ownership solutions.
You'll build relationships, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and deliver an exceptional owner experience while maximizing your personal earning potential.
This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a competitive, high-performance In-House environment.
Requirements
Active Florida Real Estate License Required
Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Ability and willingness to travel for select sales events when applicable
