Responsibilities Interact with clients on the phone via inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately based on client requests and shop capacity Manage the service calendar, log client information, and help maintain an accurate customer database Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless service experience Support other team members with administrative duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly Requirements Professional phone skills with a passion for customer service Strong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen Reliable, organized, and team-focused Prior customer service, call center, or dealership experience is preferred but not required Benefits Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (No Weekends!)
