As a Dining Room Supervisor you will work to ensure excellent hospitality with meal service in our resident dining rooms. This is an important hospitality role in making our residents feel valued. What You’ll Do Oversee operations of the dining room, catering events and other dining settings to include inspecting side wok and closing the dining rooms. Responsible to train all Front of the House employees. Responsible for ensuring that patrons have a pleasurable dining experience. Resolve customer complaints, monitor service times and manage table availability. Assist behind the scenes to make sure food and beverage service runs smoothly. Assist the Director of Culinary with scheduling shifts of front of the house staff. Assist with supply inventory, ordering, stocking, etc. Assist with serving staff during meal time, including tray delivery when needed. Ensure dining team is compliant with health and safety procedures. Abide by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community. All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
