Dining Room manager is a leadership position primarily responsible for directing and overseeing service and Gotham service staff, five days a week. Gotham is a team oriented organization and the role requires a dedication to excellence, good communication skills, a passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create great experiences for our guests.
