Then the Student- Respiratory Therapy Assistant (RTA) position is the perfect one for you!/ppOur RTA positions give Respiratory students an opportunity to get hand-on experience in a clinical setting. These positions include starting and discontinuing therapies for patients, learning about patient record keeping, and learning how to properly utilize Respiratory Therapy equipment./ppIn addition to gaining clinical knowledge and experience, our RTAs are uniquely positioned to move into official Registered Respiratory Therapy roles at Indiana University Health.
