Schedule Details: 2nd shift (3pm – 1am)

Position Overview
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team in overseeing the repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of all plant machinery. You will be the site leader in living and driving the Company Core Values and High-Performance Work Culture while ensuring all equipment operates at peak efficiency during the second shift operations.
Qualifications
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics
Oversee the repair and overhaul of factory equipment to minimize downtime
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all manufacturing systems
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ensure all maintenance procedures conform to safety specifications and OSHA standards
Develop specifications for replacement parts and manage the inventory of critical spares
Assist Production Managers in the installation of new tooling, systems, and production machines
Lead the design and improvement of mechanical components for new and existing products
