A boutique consulting firm specializing in corporate event production is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Planner to join its small, high-performing team.

This role requires approximately 25% travel , including domestic and limited international events.

wThe Meeting Planner will support a portfolio of association and corporate event clients, managing logistics, vendor coordination, client communications, and onsite execution for live and virtual meetings.
