Banquet Server Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Banquet Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service during our special events and functions. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events, maintaining a clean and organized environment Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Skills And Qualifications Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes We foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and offer opportunities for growth within our organization.
