Openings as of 8/18/2026 Office Professional - Facility Use JobID: 16842 Position Type: Administrative Support Date Posted: 8/6/2026 Location: Valley View Date Available: 09/01/2026 Notice of Opening Office Professional - Facility Use The Eden Prairie School District is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Professional to provide shared administrative and operational support for the Facility Use Program from a base at Valley View, covering Valley View building security, rental/lease/membership inquiries and requests, and billing/requests/questions for all Facility Use Program accounts districtwide. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, skilled problem-solver, and collaborative team member who is committed to providing outstanding service and helping create an environment where every student can thrive. POSITION: Office Professional - Facility Use LOCATION: Valley View Campus CLASSIFICATION: CLASS Level 4 RATE OF PAY: $25.85/hr
HOURS PER DAY: 8
START & ENDING TIME: To be mutually agreed upon by supervisor and selected candidate. WORKING DAYS PER YEAR: 260 days per yearPAID HOLIDAYS: 12
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years' experience in operations administration, billing, facility security, or customer service administration. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail across security, billing, and customer-facing responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; working knowledge of web-based scheduling/registration systems (e.g., Arux). Demonstrated fiscal management skills, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Working knowledge of (or ability to learn) building security/access control systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service orientation. Ability to manage competing deadlines and determine priorities independently. Commitment to equity and demonstrated ability to work with people of varying backgrounds.
