HVAC Technician Lead

The HVAC Technician Lead is responsible for serving as the field lead and primary point of contact of coordination for a team of HVAC Technicians, while performing hands-on installation, maintenance and repair work. This role provides day-to-day direction, technician guidance and job-site coordination to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to company standards. This position does not have direct report supervisory authority, but functions as the crew leader, supporting the HVAC Supervisor by organizing workflow, assisting with project execution and helping drive accountability and performance in the field. Responsibilities also include supporting the HVAC Supervisor in gathering date and information for the purpose of developing budgets for HVAC capital projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
