Job Location: We currently have opportunities across our outpatient clinics in Orange County, NY. Ideally, we are seeking a PT who is interested in splitting their schedule between the two locations , but we are flexible and welcome candidates who are interested in working primarily or exclusively at one location.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education

• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $85K -$105K + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
