Assisting Hands Littleton is looking for an experienced, compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful client living with memory loss. If you have experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's, whether in a memory care community, or in-home care, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Your mornings will focus on helping our client have a safe, comfortable, and engaging start to the day by providing:

• Personal care and assistance with morning routines
• Compassionate companionship and meaningful conversation
• Memory care support with patience, encouragement, and reassurance
• Gentle redirection and engagement in activities that promote comfort and independence

Most importantly, you'll bring kindness and a calm presence that helps our client and their family feel supported every day.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience required in a facility or for an in-home care agency
• Experience working with clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions (in-home care or a memory care/facility setting)
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background & CAPS checks
• Three professional references
• TB test within 30 days of hire
• A calm, patient, compassionate personality with excellent communication skills
