This is a permanent role, designed for a tech‑savvy, innovative, and ambitious individual who is ready to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of startup landscapes, along with a deep interest in AI, positioning, and content creation. With 1+ years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand. Responsibilities Assist with managing our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. Create engaging, relevant, and timely content across all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and to stay updated on new products and features. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement. Research and monitor activity of company competitors. Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the startup, tech or legal industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in content creation. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Familiarity with web design and publishing. Excellent multitasking skills. Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
