Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician – San Antonio

HomeSmiles North San Antonio is a rapidly growing, Veteran-owned business specializing in home and property maintenance. We are looking to add an additional handyman/technician to our team.

What You’ll Do

Complete scheduled handyman repairs and preventive home maintenance services

Perform minor plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, drywall repair, fixture install, small painting, gutter, dryer vent, pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning work

Troubleshoot common residential issues safely and independently

Identify safety, code, or maintenance concerns during service visits

Communicate professionally with homeowners

Explain findings, recommend solutions, and offer bundled service options

Who You Are

Experienced in residential maintenance, handyman work, general contracting, inspections, or a related trade

Minimum of 1 year experience

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass Background Check

Comfortable handling multiple service calls per day

Skilled at explaining repair needs and building trust with customers

Able to identify upsell opportunities ethically and confidently
