Estate Planning Attorney

A well-established, mid-sized law firm with multiple offices throughout Massachusetts is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. This position can be based in the firm's Andover, MA office or other nearby locations, offering flexibility and a collaborative, multi-office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least 1 year of estate planning experience who is looking to further develop their practice within a reputable firm that provides strong support, mentorship, and a steady flow of work.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection
• Assist with trust funding and basic estate administration matters as needed
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across multiple offices

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Massachusetts Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Minimum of 1+ year of estate planning experience
• Experience drafting core estate planning documents required
• Strong communication skills and client-facing ability
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
