Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Apigee X, Hybrid, or Edge

API proxies, products, and shared flows

REST APIs and OpenAPI

OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS

API threat protection and traffic management

Developer portal and API catalog

Kubernetes and Docker

Git and CI/CD automation

Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Prometheus

IBM ACE/APIC, Kafka, or MQ integration

Roles & Responsibilities

Owns Apigee architecture, API governance, security, lifecycle automation, product management, developer enablement, monitoring, and operational readiness for APIs supporting utility customer and enterprise processes.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Extensive enterprise integration and API-management experience with hands-on Apigee delivery.

Strong knowledge of API design, gateway policies, security, analytics, cloud/container deployment, and DevOps.

Experience leading API governance and consumer enablement across large organizations.

Apigee certification or equivalent advanced API-management expertise preferred.
