Foreman Responsibilities As a Foreman, you will lead and work alongside your moving crew while maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving. Must have at least a year of experience in leadership/ managing a crew of people. What You'll Do Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move. Physical Labor – moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items. Verify inventory accuracy and note any changes for billing adjustments. Communicate directly with the customer on-site. Document job progress in real-time via company software. Expectations Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer, and dispatch. Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager. Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure. Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times. Preferred Qualifications Ability to lead a team. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to take control. Good communication skills. Experience in leadership. Physical labor experience required.
